Order and prices
All prices include VAT. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity.

The purchase contract in the online store is concluded the moment the buyer receives the first email confirming his order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.
 

The sales contract (ie the first electronic message about the status of the order) is in electronic form.
 

Delivery deadline 

We place orders within three (3) working days. Pre-orders are placed three (3) days after the pre-order deadline. Parcels are delivered by Pošta Slovenije, we are not responsible for any delays.

The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

•       In contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days to the company's email address or unequivocally informs any other communication channel that it withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for its decision.

•       The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the order. The consumer returns the goods to the address: Voranc Vogel sp, Strossmayerjeva ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the order is the direct cost of returning the goods. 

•       The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is damaged, lost or destroyed. its quantity decreased without the fault of the consumer. 

•       When returning the goods, the consumer also sends the invoice for the goods and personal data and the transaction invoice to which he wants to receive the return payment . We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. 

Liability for material errors
The seller is liable for physical defects that the item had when the risk passed to the buyer, regardless of whether it was known to him or not. The seller is also responsible for those material defects that appear after the risk has passed to the buyer, if they are the result of a cause that existed before that. An insignificant material error is not taken into account.

Security of personal data
The website uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.

Credit card authorizations are carried out in real time with immediate verification of data from banks. Card information is not stored on the server of Voranc Vogel sp
